Do I need an ID to board?
Yes — bring a valid government-issued or student photo ID. Your name must match your reservation, and you won't be allowed to board without it. Every passenger needs their own ID.
Is alcohol allowed on the bus?
No. All Hitch-A-Ride buses are strictly alcohol-free. This policy applies to all passengers with no exceptions.
Is the bus wheelchair accessible?
No. Our charter buses are not wheelchair accessible at this time.
What can I bring?
Non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, blankets, seat cushions, portable chargers, and game day gear. Keep bags to what fits overhead or under your seat.
Is there assigned seating?
No assigned seating — it's first come, first served at pickup. Arrive on time; the bus leaves promptly.
Can I bring a cooler or large bags?
Small soft coolers with non-alcoholic contents are fine. Hard-side coolers and oversized bags are not permitted.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on timing and whether we can fill your seat.
